- Whenever you are on the road, don’t leave any valuables in your car — not even for a moment. Thieves know what they are looking for, and if they see it, they’ll seize the opportunity.
- Keep your purses and wallets close to you. Don’t lay your wallet on a counter at a busy gas station, or on the sink in the restroom.
- Never tell strangers that you are on vacation or that you are traveling alone.
