How Does Comparative Fault Work in Georgia?Under Georgia’s comparative fault system, known as Modified Comparative Fault with a 50 Percent Bar, you can still receive compensation for a broken bone accident even if the accident was partly your fault, as long as your fault was less than the fault of the defendant’s fault.
