Proving Aggressive Driving
An aggressive driver’s behaviors put them at an increased risk for serious accidents. - Lane Changing – Aggressive drivers may fail to signal before changing lanes, weave in and out of traffic or cut other drivers off without signaling.
- Improper Passing – This can include failure to use turning signals properly, passing on the shoulder or crossing over a double yellow line.
