My experience with Van Sant Law was nothing short but exceptional! After my car accident, I was fearful, stressed, worried, and confused about how to go about the processes that take place after. Over the internet I stumbled upon Van Sant Law who had quite the reputation. From the very first call they assured me the way I was feeling was completely normal. They were very transparent, answered all my questions in great detail, and did an amazing job at establishing a "roadmap" for the whole process that will take place. Certainly on my part from the call I felt secure, confident, at peace, and had not a single ounce of worry after.
They handled every step of my case with professionalism, attentiveness, and urgency — from handling the insurance company and the talks with them to keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process. I had no worry or stress at all during the entire process but instead had peace of mind. Without a doubt I knew they were truly fighting to get the best possible outcome.
What stood out most to me were two things, they met me where I was at in regard to my ignorance of such processes. I was truly a novice to this, but they made the whole thing very understandable and crystal clear. They genuinely cared about making sure I knew what was going on. The other thing was how fast they got to work on the case. Just within the first month they did so much, which included scheduling medical visits, talking to the insurance, handling rentals, etc. Their level of commitment to this case made me feel like it was not "just another".
