To kick off this Fall Semester, attorney David Van Sant will be offering four scholarships to local teachers. The money is specifically provided to teachers for purchasing classroom materials and supplies.
How the Scholarship Works
Those entering into the scholarship will receive the opportunity to be selected (at random) at the end of September 2016 to receive $250 scholarships for classroom supplies and materials. Teachers can register through the Kicks 101.5FM website using keyword “teacher.”
Kicks 101.5FM and want to thank teachers for all that they do, and help prepare them for an exciting new school year full of education and opportunities. Budgets are tight for schools across the state, and that means teachers are spending their own resources to buy much-needed school supplies for their students. To help, Van Sant Law, and Kicks 101.5FM would like to give back and give to those teachers who are providing for their classroom using their own financial resources.
As we near the end of September, we now have more than 3,000 entries and look forward to selecting the four lucky winners soon.
