Atlanta Personal Injury Lawyer Parker Van Sant
Parker Van Sant was born in Nashville, Tennessee and grew up in Roswell, Georgia. He graduated with honors from Auburn University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. In 2016 he received his Juris Doctor, again with honors, from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
Parker currently lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia (in the Atlanta metro area) with his wife, his dog and his cat. In his spare time, he enjoys international travel, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
My Philosophy of Practice
I am committed to each and every one of my clients, and I strive to offer the best possible service. My philosophy of practice can be summed up by the following adjectives that I strive to cultivate in myself and integrate into every facet of my practice:
Every personal injury is a complex web of fact patterns and legal nuances. No two cases are the same, and no two clients are the same. I will craft a victory strategy for you that is tailor-made to the facts of your case as well as your personal needs
I am not a “jack of all trades” type of lawyer — I practice personal injury law and only personal injury law. Instead of treating my practice as an all-you-can-eat buffet, I prefer to master the nuances of Georgia personal injury law, so that I can offer you the expert assistance you need to demand the justice that you deserve.
Victory is the bottom line — and victory means cash in the bank for you. I will never bill you a dime until your case is won and your money has actually arrived — and if I don’t win, you don’t pay.
It takes more than academic brilliance to be a good personal injury lawyer — it also takes street smarts. Victory is just as much about understanding the opposing party’s mentality as it is knowing the twists and turns of personal injury law. I won’t fall for their tricks.
Nobody messes with my clients. Nobody. Insurance companies, in particular, will try to take advantage of your vulnerability by, for example, presenting you with their “lowball” offer even before you’ve gotten out of the hospital, and by pressuring you with an arbitrary acceptance deadline that they don’t have the leverage to enforce. I won’t put up with any of their shenanigans.
I see my clients as people undergoing a tough time in their lives, in urgent need of justice. No matter how the mega-firms treat their clients, you are more than a faceless case number to me, and you will always be treated respectfully.
Frank and Honest
I am a straight-talker by nature. For me, respecting my clients means respecting them enough to tell them the straight truth. Ultimately, all major decisions in your case are up to you (whether to accept a settlement offer, for example). I see it as my job to speak to you frankly about your options and your chances of success so that you can make an informed decision.
